We work with high-profile, high-availability organisations to provide high-end technology specialists for complex IT projects. This project is for a global financial services organisation.

Description of Role:
Lead a high-impact, enterprise-scale infrastructure transformation for a global financial services organisation. We’re recruitingfor a seasoned Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of a full-scale upgrade to the F5 Big-IP estate, including LTMs, GTMs,and ASMs, across a mission-critical, high-availability environment.
This is a strategic programme led by a leading systems integrator, with remote access to a high-calibre engineering team. You’ll be the connective tissue between stakeholders, engineers, and delivery milestones, ensuring outcomes are aligned, risks are mitigated, and technical progress is translated into business value.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of F5 infrastructure upgrades across global data centres
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including network engineers, architects, and client stakeholders
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and reporting across LTM, GTM, and ASM upgrade workstreams
• Ensure technical documentation, change control, and governance standards are upheld
• Translate complex technical progress into clear, actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements & Skills
• Proven track record managing infrastructure or network transformation projects in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of F5 load-balancing technologies (LTM, GTM, ASM) and Cisco networking principles
• Experience working with systems integrators and managing remote delivery teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of project management experience in technical infrastructure programmes
• Familiarity with IP networking, security devices, and enterprise-grade environments
• Technical background (e.g., BS in a technical discipline or equivalent)
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification a plus
