Role Overview
We are recruiting for a dynamic Professional Services Sales Executive with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and proven experience in Microsoft Co-Selling. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities that align with our clients' cloud-first strategies. You will work closely with Microsoft to deliver transformative solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business sales for Professional Services across Microsoft Cloud technologies (M365, Azure, Security, and Modern Workplace).
• Collaborate with Microsoft account teams to identify and co-sell into joint opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap, incentives, and partner programs to maximize opportunity.
Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 3 years Proven track record in selling Microsoft Professional Services, ideally within a Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
• Experience with Microsoft Co-Sell motions and joint GTM strategies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies and their business impact.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
