Salary: £40k- £50k base + uncapped commission

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to drive growth within the SME sector. The successful candidate will focus on selling Managed IT Support Contracts as the core offering, while promoting additional services such as cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and business software. This role also involves working closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that generate leads and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and engage SME prospects to generate new business opportunities.
· Sell MSP Support Contracts and upsell complementary services (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Telecoms, Business Software).
· Collaborate with marketing to design and implement targeted campaigns.
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals to showcase value.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and provide pipeline/forecast updates.
· Work with technical teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.

Requirements
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in MSP sales or IT services business development.
· Proven success in selling Managed IT Support Contracts.
· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and managed services.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.

2. Initial Chat with Sales Director
3. Cold Call Exercise to demonstrate prospecting skills.
4. 30-60-90 Day Plan Presentation with Sales Director and Owner.
