Job Specification – IT Services Sales Account Manager (Land & Expand Role)
Role Title: IT Services Sales Account Manager
Location - London-based. Hybrid working — 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility when attending client
meetings.
Salary & Package
• £60,000 basic salary
• Double OTE (c. £120K total package)
• Commission aligned to new business, meetings, and qualified pipeline generation and percentage of deal,
uncapped
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and consultative Sales Account Manager to drive new business across the UK
mid-market and enterprise sectors. This is a Land & Expand role, responsible not only for winning net-new clients
but also for growing and developing accounts over time through deeper engagement, cross-selling and multi
solution expansion. Alongside UK focus, there is scope to develop opportunities across selected European
markets.
Key Responsibilities
Land & Expand Strategy
• Secure new logo wins through targeted outbound prospecting
• Build long-term strategic relationships to expand spend and service adoption
• Identify additional revenue streams across cloud, infrastructure, security, managed services and
professional services
• Grow accounts through continuous engagement, QBRs, and solution expansion conversations
New Business Development
• Generate new business within the UK mid-market and enterprise sectors
• Proactively prospect, build pipeline and secure qualified meetings
• Develop opportunities across selected European territories (DACH, Benelux, Nordics)
Sales Execution
• Deliver a consultative, solution-led sales approach
• Engage with C-level and senior IT stakeholders to understand business challenges

• UK-focused with selective expansion into Europe
• Ability to identify new verticals and new business clusters
• Work with leadership to refine growth strategy and account coverage

Skills & Experience Required
• Proven experience in IT Services, Technology Solutions or MSP sales
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to identify expansion opportunities
• Familiar with Land & Expand or account growth strategies
• Professional sales training desirable (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC)
• Track record of winning and growing mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Hunter mindset with strategic farmer capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Target-driven with strong commercial acumen
