Ready to Own a Territory and Drive Growth?

We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead expansion across the EMEA region (excluding UK, Ireland, Germany, and the Americas). You’ll focus on high-opportunity markets like the Netherlands, Benelux, and UAE—where strong partner networks are already in place and ready to scale.

This is a strategic, outbound sales role with real earning potential. You’ll be the face of a proven cybersecurity solution, backed by expert marketing and technical teams, and empowered to close deals across multiple verticals.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Own and grow pipeline across EMEA target markets

· Engage directly with IT, Security, and C-level decision makers

· Deliver compelling demos and consultative sales conversations

· Co-sell with partners and distributors in established regions

· Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with strategic account planning

· Collaborate on campaigns, proposals, and proof-of-concepts

· Negotiate pricing and contracts with confidence

· Track performance and pipeline in ZoHo CRM

· Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

What You Bring

· Proven success in cybersecurity sales (MFA/IAM preferred)

· Fluent in French, Spanish, or Dutch (highly desirable)

· Experience in Retail or Email verticals is a plus

· Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

· Familiarity with companies like Duo, Okta, or Silverfort is a strong advantage

Compensation & Perks

Basic Salary £50,000 per annum

Commission Uncapped, 10% of invoiced sales

Performance Bonus £10,000 annually
