About the Company
A global hyper-growth Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) company
with a sales pipeline exceeding 300 million Euros and a broad client reference portfolio is recruiting for a new business ‘Land and Expand’ Business Development Manager to sell these services to enterprise and corporate companies.

Description of Role:
You will require a ‘Hunter’ mentality, 5-7 years minimum sales experience in direct selling to large Enterprise customers in the IT industry with experience of consultative selling, ideally Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) or subscription services working for an OEM or IT services organisation. A good understanding of ‘As a service' principles and the market and exposure, to or an understanding of, technology funding principles and must be a team player.

Key Responsibilities
· Achieve your individual goals by signing new customer contracts and managing accounts throughout the sales cycle to drive revenue growth.
· Work directly with IT, procurement, CSR, and finance teams and decision-makers at your target customers.
· Understand the strategic and operational needs of your target customers and communicate effectively how the company will meet them.
· Convert inbound leads into opportunities to grow your customer portfolio.
· Manage the sales process by following a structured, step-by-step, and methodical approach from prospecting, qualifying, presenting, to closing and accurately entering each step into the CRM.
· Collaborate closely with your colleagues in the group, SDRs (sales development representatives), pre-sales experts, marketing, and project managers to create value.

Requirements & Skills
· 5+ years of successful experience in IT solutions sales to ETI/Large Enterprise/Corporate customers in a business development role. Ideally, Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) or subscription services.
· Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
· Experience selling IT solutions to businesses (applications, software, or hardware) to decision-makers at all levels.
· Excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills in English.
· Determination, proactivity, and a willingness to leaArn and grow constantly.
· Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
