expanding their European footprint.
The market-leading SDK drives digital transformation and powers next-generation software applications with dynamic document viewing, annotation, processing, and conversion capabilities, as well as advanced features such as document understanding, data extraction, and redaction.

Description of Role:
They are expanding their sales team and recruiting a self-starting Account Executive with a strong focus on Enterprise and MidMarket sales across Central/Western Europe.
This role is focused on engaging companies that are using our open-source technology (iText) without a valid commercial
license.
Unlike traditional account management, these are not existing customers - they are prospects identified as potentially noncompliant users.
We are looking for candidates with strong consultative sales and negotiation skills who are comfortable handling complex,
sometimes challenging discussions that combine commercial, legal, and technical considerations.
This role requires a tenacious new business professional with the gravitas and commercial acumen to position their software
portfolio effectively. Someone with experience of selling open source software, turning non-paying customers into revenue
streams.

Key Responsibilities
• Qualify and manage new sales leads through the full sales cycle.
• Managing sensitive commercial conversations, negotiating settlements for past usage, and ultimately converting noncompliant users into properly licensed, long-term customers.
• Identify opportunities that would benefit from our technology suite using a consultative sales approach.
• Responsible for initiating contact, conducting discovery calls to understand software usage, and working closely with
internal Legal and Compliance teams to resolve licensing gaps.
• Work closely with Solution Engineers in gathering requirements and proposing high value solutions.
• Gain a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of competing products, and effectively illustrate the value
of our high-quality/market-leading solutions to prospects.
• Recognise high-value sales opportunities.
• Effectively gather intelligence on markets, prospects, and the competition using various resources

Requirements & Skills
• 5+ years’ experience selling complex B2B software product(s).
• Successful track record of selling open source software, turning non-paying customers into revenue streams.
• Professional working fluency in at least two western European languages
• Demonstrated success using a consultative approach with key business and technical executives, especially CTOs, VPs of Product Management, and Development/Engineering.
• Consistent history of overachievement, with demonstrated success of multi-year quota achievement.
