About the Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Business Development Executive to work closely with our Client Services Director, driving outreach campaigns and booking qualified meetings with senior hiring managers in the IT sector.

What You’ll Do
•Execute outreach campaigns via cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
•Confidently engage with senior hiring managers to secure qualified meetings.
•Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
•Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and ensure accurate data.

What We’re Looking For
•Proven experience in a cold calling environment.
•Confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers in the IT sector.
•English-speaking and resident in the UK. Other languages would be beneficial.
•Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined in maintaining records.
•Self-motivated, organised, and results driven.
