Salary: £40000 to 50000 plus 30K OTE

The company partners with innovative platforms such as Iplicit and Pegasus to deliver cutting-edge Cloud Accounting Software to SMEs, helping them streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced New Business Sales Professional to focus on selling Iplicit and Pegasus Cloud Accounting Software into the SME market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling Cloud Accounting Software and a strong understanding of financial systems and SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and engage SME prospects to generate new business opportunities.
· Sell Iplicit and Pegasus Cloud Accounting Software solutions.
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
· Conduct client meetings, demos, and proposals to showcase product benefits.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and provide pipeline/forecast updates.
· Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive lead generation.
· Work closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience selling Cloud Accounting Software to SMEs.
· Proven success in Cloud Accounting Software Sales.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and cloud technology.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
Recruitment & Interview Process:
1. Recruitment Pre-Screening – CV review and initial qualification call.
2. Initial chat with Sales Director
3. Cold Call Exercise – Demonstrate prospecting and objection handling.
4. 30-60-90 Day Plan Presentation with Sales Director and Owner.
