Role Overview
We are recruiting for a dynamic Professional Services Sales Executive with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and proven experience in Microsoft Co-Selling. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities that align with our clients' cloud-first strategies. You will work closely with Microsoft to deliver transformative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business sales for Professional Services across Microsoft Cloud technologies (M365, Azure, Security, and Modern Workplace).

Collaborate with Microsoft account teams to identify and co-sell into joint opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions.

Develop tailored proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition.

Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems.

Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction.

Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap, incentives, and partner programs to maximize opportunity.
Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years Proven track record in selling Microsoft Professional Services, ideally within a Microsoft Partner ecosystem.

Experience with Microsoft Co-Sell motions and joint GTM strategies.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies and their business impact.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
