The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic, trail-blazing Healthcare/NHS Account Director to lead new business growth across the NHS and broader healthcare sector. This is a high-impact, strategic sales role focused on co-selling with Microsoft to deliver transformative Azure and AI solutions that drive service improvement and cost efficiency.
You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, helping healthcare organisations harness the power of cloud and intelligent technologies to solve real-world challenges. This is a ‘land and expand’ opportunity—winning new logos and nurturing long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
•
Build and manage a robust pipeline of NHS and healthcare prospects
•
Identify decision-makers and engage them through multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email)
•
Qualify leads and support the SDR team in aligning opportunities with strategic goals
•
Lead consultative sales engagements, uncovering customer needs and aligning them with Microsoft solutions
•
Develop and present compelling proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
•
Manage bid responses, pricing strategies, and deal structuring
•
Stay current on industry trends, NHS priorities, and Microsoft product evolution
•
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
What You Bring
•
Proven success in B2B technology sales, ideally within healthcare or public sector
•
Experience co-selling with Microsoft—essential
•
Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and AI solution value propositions
•
Tenacious prospector with a strong outbound work ethic
•
Commercially astute with a consultative, customer-first mindset
•
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
•
Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and close complex deals
•
Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology
