UC Sales Specialist/IT Field Sales Executive required to drive new business sales for a successful fast-growing IT & Telecoms company. We are recruiting for an UC Sales Specialist/IT Field Sales Executive with B2B sales.
The company’s business plan is to become a major player and disrupter in the UK Telco UCaaS sector, it’s now more than ready to take that next step having been acquired by a major European company.
They are now looking for a UC Specialist to join their team and place customer service at the heart of everything they do to make success inevitable.
You will be currently working in sales for a company specialising in Unified Communications for SMEs with a successful track record in developing new business sales. You will need to be someone who backs themselves and has the energy, drive and determination to challenge their top salespeople.

You’ll be meeting with customer and generating new business every day. As an ambassador for the business, you’ll have your own territory in the Midlands, and you’ll manage it like your own business.
They will help you every step of the way, providing detailed training, all the sales tools you’ll need backed by a highly successful lead generation team that you’ll work closely with.
You will be managing your own data, pipeline and sales opportunities. You’ll also be liaising with prospective customers and identifying requirements for their services and turning generated appointments into converted sales.
Who we’re looking for:
You will be able to demonstrate a successful sales track record across the whole sales cycle in a B2B setting and be able to deliver a consultative approach, identifying requirements & communicating the values of the company that their products and services can provide.
Obviously, you will be ambitious, confident without being arrogant and driven to exceed targets.
Being in control of your own earnings and performance, this is a fantastic opportunity for a B2B sales consultant to join a fast growing and ambitious organisation. Experience in telecommunication is highly desirable.
•Deliver a monthly ‘new business’ volume and gross margin target
•Maintain responsibility for your personal workload, including daily upkeep of business development activity, enquiries, call-backs, opportunities & forecasted sales
•Meeting new business targets by scoping the customers’ requirements, specifying the solutions they require, preparing the proposal and closing the deal
•Contact new business prospects to identify requirements and sales opportunities
•Self-manage your own opportunities pipeline and follow up proposals in order to maximise sales
•Keep up to date with our evolving product portfolio, trends in the UC marketplace and the changing nature of work and how our solutions maximise our customers business needs
It’s also essential that you have;
•Experience in B2B sales – selling of technology solutions/telecoms would be advantageous
•Territory planning for targeting your agreed market, sector or region
•A positive approach, self-motivation with a desire to succeed
•The ability to work alone and as part of a team
•Highly professional and ethical with a good business acumen
•Flexibility to travel
•Location: Home-based, UK Midlands
•Type of role: permanent
•Salary: OTE £115,000 + Car
