SIP/VoIP Telephony Engineer, home-based
A Telephony Engineer (SIP/VoIP) is required to support the customers of our client an expanding modern communications company.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking company focused on customer experience (CX). You will be remotely accessing customers telephony solutions, CTI elements, call recording and reporting as required. Programming various software/hardware as required. Liaising with internal colleagues and external customers providing relevant updates. Resolving incidents assigned by the service desk within SLA. Home-based with some occasional travel to customers.
Candidates will have a minimum of two years’ experience providing support in a Telecommunications, Data centre or IT services environment. A demonstrable experience of supporting telephony: SIP, VoIP networking and communications and implementation of telephony solutions, CTI, call recording/reporting. A passionate approach to CX is also essential with a “can do” attitude and outstanding communications skills. A team player.
