Node.JS Server-Side Developer, Manchester based. We are recruiting for a Node.JS Server-Side Developer for an innovative telecoms company.

As a Node.JS Server-Side Developer, you will be part of a new cross-functional squad responsible for one of these initiatives. As part of the team, with end to end responsibility for the delivery of the product, you will have specific responsibility for the development of server-side services that can be consumed by client applications. This encompasses development of suitable API, domain models, integration with underlying network services, and supporting infrastructure and tooling.

Skills and experienced required:
•Experience in a similar server-side development role.
•Experience in developing services within Node.js using common Node.js packages, libraries and frameworks.
•Experience of working with both relational and NoSQL databases (such as Mongo DB, Maria, SQL Server, Neo4j).
•experience of building REST based API’s.
•Excellent knowledge and understanding of real-time communication, messaging and telephony protocols such as WebRTC, XMPP and SIP . You will have experience of Kubernetes based deployments.
•Proven track record of working within DevOps delivery and the implementation of suitable pipelines.
•Experience of developing solutions using Chromium/Electron.
