A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security Practice Lead to join our client’s dynamic and rapidly expanding Consultancy Practice. The role will focus on driving forward market leading propositions in Professional Services specifically for Security. You will provide internal and external strategy and thought leadership, support Pre-Sales for customer campaigns, bids, solutions and opportunities.
You will help to grow and manage a consultancy team that delivers Cyber Security Professional Services and solutions across a range of areas. This includes Cloud Security; Infrastructure Security, Vulnerability & Threat Intelligence; Identity & Privileged Access Management; Cyber Strategy, Governance & Transformation, IOT, Application Security and Data Security. Ideal candidate should have recognised industry qualification or equivalent (i.e. CISA, CISM, CCSP, CISSP).
Your role will be instrumental in developing and growing security services adoption across a wide range of existing and new enterprise customers across all verticals and sectors. You will be a consulting team leader and responsible for the ongoing identification, measurement and growth of skills and capabilities within your team.
Key to your success will be your broad range of long standing and evidenced skills and experiences in both running a team and designing end to end solutions. You will be able to evidence building teams and working closely with subject matter experts across all aspects of services and technology disciplines and delivering technology solutions aligned to contracted services capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
Advise customers on the drivers for executing organisational change as well as adopting technologies
Line management of Security SME's
Advise customers on the adoption of agile methods of delivery and the impact on IT operations
Develop close working relationships with key stakeholders in becoming a trusted advisor to our client’s customers
Lead, own and support the pre-sales and delivery assurance of digital, technology transformation solutions and services, including responses to large scale and complex customer opportunities, including ITTs, RFPs and RFIs
Understand, define and present maturity models and roadmaps for customer’s Digital transformation journey
Collaborate with the Chief technologist, Solution leaders, sales, technical delivery and operational teams in the development of digital trust engagements that meet customer requirements
Discover and analyse customers' IT operations and technical state and provide recommendations for improvement
Continually build and maintain effective relationships with internal and customer stakeholders, by demonstrating empathy, honesty and informed advice
Work with the services, marketing, and solutions teams on portfolio and product information launches including enablement and education for customers and employees
The Ideal Candidate
You will have great communication and presentation skills and be able to articulate complex ideas and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
Extensive experience in IT consultancy and thought leadership
Experience in line-management, training, developing team skills and supervision
A thorough understanding of cyber security with the ability to architect security solutions including cloud security, cyber response automation, threat intelligence, user analytics, DLP, endpoint security tools, security infrastructure technologies, and application/software protections
Must be well versed with cyber security management including security controls architecture, incident response preparedness and response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security event analytics and correlation
Experience with leading and advising clients on security solutions which includes risk, governance, technology, regulatory drivers and IT security and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, ITIL standards
Proven experience of stakeholder management working with senior internal and customer C-level executives
Proactive approach in building technical and professional relationships with customers, vendors, partners and internal stakeholders
Experience in business case development including aspects of business value-add and cost savings
Proven experience in creating services cost models with appropriate cost levers and the associated quality assurance / governance
Ability to manage requirements through elicitation, definition, validation and end to end traceability
Understanding of commercial and pre-sales processes (RFPs, ITTs, cycles, deadlines)
Ability to interpret customers' business and technical requirements into IT services and solutions is essential
An appreciation of IT orchestration and automation would be of advantage
Proven understanding of business and IT architecture frameworks and methodologies; industry recognised accreditations are a significant advantage
Proven understanding and application of Consulting and Project Management frameworks, approaches and methodologies; industry recognised accreditations are a significant advantage
High standards of quality in documentation skills and presentation experience with mid to large-sized internal and external audiences
Identification, analysis and management of risks in both pre-sales and in-flight projects and programmes
