We are recruiting for an execution driven, MEDDIC-trained Sales Manager with a minimum of 7 years’ Sales Management experience. United Kingdom OR Belgium OR Germany OR Dublin - onsite.
You will lead a team of Enterprise salespeople (currently 10+, and growing) who are expanding business in their impressive client base. Their clients include companies such as Wells Fargo, Barclays, Novatis and DocuSign. ‘Hunter’ mentality. Team target is north of 10m euros. The average deal size is currently around 100k.

Experience and skills required:
• Execution driven
• 7 + years relevant sales leadership experience
• Coaching and performance management experience
• Experience in the Document Management industry
• Open source experience is useful
• Sales Methodology training, ideally MEDDIC
• Experience in pipeline qualification and accurate forecasting
• Hunter mentality
Remuneration: On Target Earnings: 180,000- 230,000 (euros) + company benefits
