IT Manager

Dynamic IT Manager required by our client, a Fintech company, based in central London. Due to their success and rapid growth, our client is looking to hire an experienced IT Manager with experience running a small team, to run their internal IT and support their staff. The company has undergone rapid expansion in the last three years and the IT Manager will play a major role in the business. They will run the IT P & L and manage a team of 3 engineers. The role will report to the Operations Director.

Due to the size of the team and the nature of the role, the IT Manager must be hands on and have good network experience.

Essential experience:

· Proven experience managing a team

· Network infrastructure experience

· Office 365

· JAMF

· GDPR aware

· Implementation of PCI compliance

· Firewall/Network Administration

· Desktop Support (Windows / Mac )

· Ability to document processes for the IT department

· Budgeting and managing P&L budget for company-wide IT needs

· Support Desk experience

The ideal candidate for the Senior IT Manager would have the following:

· Previous experience within a similar position

· Previous experience leading a team

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Educated to degree level

· A passion for achieving excellence
