IT Client Acquisition Executive, Home-based.
We are recruiting for an IT services New Business Client Acquisition Executive for our client, an award-winning business services and technology company to join their dynamic Client Acquisition sales team.

As a New Business Client Acquisition Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and developing new leads for the Sales Directors/field sales teams to pursue.
You will generate demand through outbound prospecting and convert leads generated by marketing activities. Your primary responsibility is to book qualified meetings for the Sales Team, creating new business opportunities.
You will engage prospects through various channels, including telephone, email, LinkedIn, and attend key events to build relationships.
Organised, driven and a team player, you will be a strong communicator with a passion to succeed. You will learn how the company can help prospective customers transform by providing our products, solutions, and services in a business-to-business environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
Essential:
• 2+ years of B2B business development/lead generation experience.
• Proven ability to book sales-qualified meetings.
• Experience engaging with mid-management and C-Level decision-makers in mid-sized and large enterprises as well as public sector organisations.
• Active listening skills to assess prospect needs and identify opportunities.
• Ability to articulate a high-quality value proposition on every call.
• Proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to manage and prioritize a varying workload.
• Results-driven with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in using online and social media tools to monitor targeted accounts and identify trigger events.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A desire for a career in tech sales with ambition to progress.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Demonstrable success in a similar role.
• 5-8 GCSEs: minimum of 5 grades.
