We are recruiting for a number of DevOps professionals for an automation project for a global financial services organisation.

This role will focus on DMR Framework Improvement. You will need 5 years’ plus commercial development experience in Python, 5 years’ Django, 3 years’ Flask, 5 years’ API, 3 years’ Network automation toolsets and framework tools experience and 5 years’ automation workflow design/ business process analysis experience.

Skills
• Python developer with Django & Flask experience
• Ansible modules development preferred
• API development required
• Network automation toolsets and framework tools experience. E.g. Netbox, Stackstorm
• Automation workflow design experience/business process analysis (Zilvinas ideally)
• Network automation experience or strong knowledge of networking concepts and products preferred

Deliverables
• Redevelop components of the existing ‘NetRequest’ automation from the existing python 2.7 Django project into the infrastructure as code framework
• Develop new features to be defined by the company in python for network provisioning of new devices, provisioning into toolsets
• Enhance existing features in the DMR tool which provisions network devices into tools to enhance the existing capability
• Create business logic workflows to document the automation requirements for further development by other members of the team

• Contract length: 12 months’ Inside of IR35
• Contract rate: £600 to £800 per day, depending on experience
