DevOps Engineer; Compliance Remediation: 12 month contract (Inside IR35)
We are recruiting for a number of DevOps professionals for an automation project for a global financial services organisation.

This role will focus on Compliance Remediation. You will require 5 years’+ commercial routing and switching experience, 5 + years’ F5, 2 years’ ACI, 3 years’ Fortinet, 3 years’ Ansible automation and 3 years’ Python.

Skills

• Strong networks configuration experience such as router/switches/F5/ACI/Fortinet required
• Automation experience with Ansible required
• Good Python knowledge required; strong Python experience preferred
• Must have experience of managing automated change in a change control process.
• This role requires to make change to the network using automation which the candidate has written
• Experience in configuring voice products preferred

Deliverables

• Review existing levels of standardisation as reported by the automation tool and plan the technical remediation for these
• Create Ansible workflows, groups playbooks to update network device configuration to standard across Cisco routing/switching/F5/ACI/Fortinet /other as required
• Raise change controls to allow for the network to be updated by automation which has been written as part of this engagement

• Contract length: 12 months’ Inside of IR35
• Contract rate: £600 to £800 per day, depending on experience
