The Role
Our client, an established and respected major reseller, is on an exciting growth journey and are currently looking to expand their offering by developing their Cyber Security practice. They are now looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Specialist to help them achieve this.
The successful applicant will work with the existing Account Managers and will be focused on developing and selling a range of Cyber Security products and solutions into both existing customers as well as new. You will need to understand their customers’ security challenges and provide tailored solutions across their product range including appliance, software and SaaS based products.
You will have the benefit of the in-house technical team to help you specify and design the right solution to match customer requirements. In addition you will also be working closely with their Vendors, who are all extremely supportive and you will have their full backing to help you succeed in this exciting new role.
The role will be reporting directly into the Sales Director and you will work closely on developing a mutual business plan.
This is a new position within the organization, providing an exceptional opportunity for the successful candidate to establish and develop the role, playing a pivotal part in creating fresh business prospects within a new division.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate sales alongside our client’s Account Managers
• Lead sales of Cyber Security services and solutions across a range of industry sectors
• Lead presentations to clients and prospective clients
• Build relationships with clients and partners
• Promote Cyber Security services
• Engage actively in customer meetings and demonstrations, clearly articulating complex cybersecurity solutions and their business value.
• Commit to continuous professional development, maintaining awareness of emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and compliance standards.
Essential Experience & Skills
• Sales experience of Tier 1 Cyber Vendors, to include: Darktrace, Check Point, Sophos, Palo Alto
• Deep knowledge of a variety of other cybersecurity products and services, with experience across a range of verticals, selling at C Level.
• Experience and evidence of carrying a minimum of a £300k+ Gross profit target (per Annum)
• Excellent ‘Business Sense’ for evaluating sales opportunities in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in a specialist cybersecurity sales role, working with Account Mangers
• Solid communication and presentation skills and able to adapt these depending on the client.
• An understanding and experience of how to promote complex technology solutions

This is a hybrid role requiring staff to be in the London office two days a week.
Salary: Approx OTE £100,000 to £120,000. Commission is uncapped.
