We are recruiting for a fast-growing telematics company, who are looking for a Client Services /Key Accounts Director based in Italy. The brief is to sell the company’s insurance telematics and data analytics services in Italy and to deliver the best in class client experience, ensuring continued growth and maximised revenues.
Previous Client Development/ Client Account Management experience is required, in addition to
experience within the insurance and technology industry - ideally within telematics.

Your Accountabilities:
•Building a strong network of contacts / relationships within your client business to ensure continuity of the account and maximise your impact.
•In conjunction with the Italian Country Director and Chief Operating Officer, developing annual strategic and communications plans for your accounts ensuring client’s needs are met and where possible exceeded.
•Delivering all revenue targets associated with your key accounts through proactive account management strategies on a quarterly and annual basis
•Ensuring your clients are familiar with the company’s full range of products and services and associated roadmaps.
•Ensuring client requests and requirements are fed back in a timely manner to the technical team to ensure that these are introduced into the product development process.
•Ensuring you work effectively and efficiently with Technical teams to deliver on client development work.
•Ensuring the swift resolution of any client relationship issues that may arise from technical, resource or any other area to ensure a first class client experience.
•Introducing third party expertise to the Clients if and when appropriate
•Within existing accounts, introducing new products, generating new revenues and ensuring continued growth.
•Contributing to the process of winning new accounts as required.
•Undertake as requested other activities that may be outside of your area of focus but contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job/ Person requirements:
•A proven track record in an account management / client development role, managing digital products.
•Experience within the insurance and technology industry, ideally telematics.
•An ability to build relationships, influence, challenge and engage well with all stakeholders.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Innovative thinker, particularly with regard to approaching client account management in a ‘remote’ world
•Ambitious and driven individual
•Organised with good attention to detail

Location: Home based in Italy.
•Type of role: Permanent.
•Salary: OTE £100k + (high basic salary + commission)

31 days holiday per annum (this is inclusive of the 8 bank/public holidays) with the ability to. accrue extra holidays: an extra day’s holiday will be added for every holiday year of service up to a maximum of 5 additional days.
