Business Development Manager - Storage -London

We are looking for a New Business Development Manager for our client, an IT Solutions provider, with a key position in the Storage market. Our client is growing following increased demand from their corporate clients and are now looking for someone with key Storage expertise with Quantum, DellEMC, HPE, NetApp and Pure Storage in the Corporate market.

The Role
• You will be comfortable searching for new business and have a ‘hunter’ mentality, able to ‘open doors’ to create new business.
• You will also be able to develop relationships with existing clients who are not currently using our client’s data storage capabilities.
• You will have significant storage experience with Quantum, DellEMC, HPE, NetApp and Pure Storage.
• You will be supported by our clients In-house technical team and Storage Consultants to help you design the right solution for each client.
• You will report to the Sales Director
This is a new role within our client’s organization and provides a great opportunity for the right person to grow and develop the role with uncapped earning potential.
Experience
• Sales experience in Quantum/DellEMC storage solutions, is essential. Experience with HPE, NetApp and Pure Storage would be an advantage
• Experience and evidence of earning a minimum of a £300k+ Gross profit target pa
• Experience with selling both Cloud and on-premises solutions (AWS experience would be an advantage)
• Hunter mentality and comfortable bringing in new business
• Good communication and presentation skills and able to adapt these depending on the client.
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
• Experience of how to sell complex technology solutions
• Experience working with Data and managing a CRM
• Able to work on your own and be driven to succeed.

This is a hybrid role requiring staff to be in the office 3 days a week, which must include Monday and Thursday and the other day you can choose.
