Bid Analyst- IT Infrastructure: EUC/Server/Storage/Networks.

Bid Analyst, technologies: EUC/Server/Storage/Networks required to support the IT quote/bid team at an IT services company who specialise in IT infrastructure managed services. This Nottingham based company is dedicated to customer services excellence and you will be working with an innovative and passionate team of people.
Our client provides global outsourcing services to thousands of customer sites. They are a well-established company with a 25 year successful track record.
You will be working in a busy IT quote/ IT infrastructure bid team who manage multiple bids simultaneously from request to submission at varying levels of complexity. All quotes will be for IT Infrastructure products and services: Server, Storage, Networking and EUC (End User Computing)/Workplace.
They have an automated bid tool to price standard equipment as well as price lists. You will also be required to use your own initiative and knowledge to investigate and research hardware to quote competitively.
Experience required:
•Highly competent in Excel: formulas and data manipulation
•Experience of producing quotes in Excel would be advantageous.
•Commercial acumen: financial, budgetary and customer Service Level Agreements.
•Technical experience in IT and qualifications relevant to IT Infrastructure: Server, Storage, Networking and EUC (End User Computing)/Workplace.
•ITIL knowledge.
Type of role: Permanent
Location: Nottingham
Basic salary: £25k (increasing to £30k after hitting 12 months objectives/KPIs)
