FTS are recruiting for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our niche Talent Acquisition team. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of the company’s growth strategy—identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities for the recruitment team. You’ll generate demand through outbound prospecting, convert inbound leads and build meaningful relationships with decision-makers across IT Services/ Software Companies.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and engage new prospects via phone, email & LinkedIn
• Book high-quality, sales-qualified meetings for the Sales Team.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and articulate tailored value propositions.
• Maintain accurate records and insights using CRM tools and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align outreach strategies and messaging.

Essential Skills & Attributes
• Relationship Building: Proven ability to build trust and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT sales or a strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable handling rejection, shifting markets, and evolving client needs.
• Communication: Clear, persuasive, and confident in both written and verbal formats.

Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of B2B business development or lead generation experience.
• Demonstrable success in booking sales-qualified meetings.
• Experience engaging mid-management and C-Level stakeholders.

• £30- £35k base salary + commission (OTE £50k)
