Unified Communications (UC) Implementation Engineer – Manchester

Implementation Engineer – Linux, SQL, Contact Centre, Dialler Management

Experienced Implementation Engineer required for our cutting edge Contact Centre Solutions client based in Manchester.

This is an external customer facing role involving working with customers to establish their needs, travelling to customer sites, tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements, and configuring and implementing solutions for the customer.

Role requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • 4-year degree in IT, Computer Science or related degree, or an equivalent level of experience in a similar field
  • Must be available on nights and weekends as necessary
  • Requires 75% Travel

Technical experience or knowledge of one or many of the below:

  • SQL and “good database” practices
  • Linux/Unix Operating System
  • Windows Desktop Applications
  • Software delivery, training, or call centre experience
  • Networking
  • Predictive Dialling, Contact Centre Technology products
  • PBX, ACD, IVR, Unified Messaging products
  • Enterprise Workforce Management software
