Broadband Customer Support Technician with experience of supporting either Data or Voice telephony required for our Manchester based telecoms customer.
As a Broadband Customer Support Technician, your day will consist of fault management of our suite of Telecoms Products & Services within a Service Desk environment.
If you have previous experience supporting any of the below, we would like to hear from you:
- Data Services: Broadband & Ethernet class data connections, ADSL, FTTC, EFM
- SIP Trunking, Hosted VoIP, IP Telephony
- Mobile network support
- Business Connectivity or traditional Telephony, Networks experience
Experience in these areas will be an advantage, but we are looking for people with the right attitude and general troubleshooting skills that we can train to support the wide range of Products the Company offers.
You will be an excellent team player, be proactive and clear with customer communication, thrive in an environment where you are trusted to be work smart/work hard, without micro management, and be 100% focused on delivering excellent service using strong technical and diagnostic skills.
The core Operational hours the team covers are 8AM to 7PM Monday to Friday. Once sufficiently experienced a requirement to help cover our 24×7, 365 day operation is essential.
